Once you order, it will take up to 3 days for processing and approximately 3-5 business days for delivery from the confirmed ship date for standard domestic shipping. International orders are subject to have a longer processing and shipping time.
All shipping confirmations will be sent via email.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All import duties or customs are charged once the parcel reaches its receptive destination. These duties must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no authority over these charges, and it is impossible to predict what they can be.
Each customs policy tend to widely vary from country to country, thus, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for any additional information. Where such customs charges are due may impact the duration of time it takes your parcel to reach you.
Once your order has arrived in your receptive country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to delivery procedures.
INIQUITY. does not offer refunds. However, we accept exchanges ONLY if the item(s) is/are returned unwashed, unworn, and undamaged with all tags attached. All accessories must be in its original packaging. Customers are able to exchange such items for any item of equal value.
Orders may be subject to cancellation if the request is made prior to the item being shipped out. Once the item is shipped out, it is no longer our control.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.
